Heavy-duty ball bearings, leveling glides, and drawer interlocks are all standard options for safety and durability. Some systems can be installed over carpeting.

Most cabinets require very simple "set-in-place" delivery, unlike the more complicated and time-consuming installation of traditional tape media library systems. Additionally, relocation of these cabinets is faster and less costly.
